The Food Service Utility is a part-time onsite role based in Ossining, NY. Compensation is $19.00 per hour, supporting the Flik Hospitality Group team. This role exists to maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The utility worker assists with various tasks to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and complies with sanitation standards.

What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
