Marketing Coordinator — Nursing Center Admissions

The Marketing Coordinator — Nursing Center Admissions role is onsite in Selma, CA, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour. At Rolling Hills Care Center, the role builds referral relationships and supports census development for the nursing center. The coordinator develops and carries out external sales strategies, communicates facility services to referral partners and prospective residents, and coordinates with admissions leadership to convert referrals into admissions while tracking activity and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospices, and other referral sources
• develop external census and sales strategies
• share information about facility services
• schedule and document outreach activities
• track referrals and close ratios
• coordinate pending admissions with internal staff and external partners
• report progress and obstacles to the Admissions Director or Administrator
• maintain knowledge of facility services and relevant insurance programs.
