The Second-Shift Filling Operator role is onsite in Aurora, OH, and pays $18–$22 per hour, dependent on experience. Natural Essentials supplies raw materials, essential oils, and other natural ingredients to customers around the world. The operator supports production by preparing and running machinery, assembling and inspecting products, and packaging finished goods for shipment. The role helps meet production targets while maintaining a clean work area and following production specifications and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Follow health and safety standards
• maintain a clean workstation and production floor
• assemble products and parts
• follow production guidelines and specifications
• finalize and package products for shipment
• operate and maintain machinery and production-line equipment
• monitor the line and remove faulty products
• meet production targets individually and as a team.
