The VP will shape the transportation network, lead a team of 50+ professionals, and partner with executive leadership to drive efficiency and support next-day delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
• Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
