The Aerospace Quality Engineer — Level 1 role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, and the stated pay range is $34–$42 per hour. TRIGO ADR Americas provides supplier delivery assurance, supplier development and quality management services to the aerospace and defense industry. The engineer evaluates supplier manufacturing processes and product quality across the lifecycle, from material requests through receipt. The role identifies nonconformances, supports corrective action and audits, and helps suppliers meet documented quality requirements and delivery standards.

What you'll do

• Evaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities and processes against documented checklists and quality management requirements
• establish part quality evaluation plans
• resolve and disposition nonconforming materials and ensure corrective action
• evaluate inspection and testing processes
• participate in quality management system audits
• verify corrective measures and documentation
• apply lean and Six Sigma methods and support process improvement and standardization.

Why this role

Requires aerospace quality experience, airframe and AVMS electronic experience, and knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, FMEA, SPC, RCCA, CAPA and inspection methods. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; occasional extended hours and weekend overtime may be required. Occasional supplier travel is noted.
