What you'll do

• Recruit and organize members and volunteer leaders
• develop membership strategy with the State Director
• plan member meetings and events
• coordinate member communications and digital organizing
• maintain contact and engagement records
• support candidate recruitment and campaign training
• organize canvasses, phone and text banks, and issue actions
• build coalition relationships
• support endorsement processes
• meet dues and member-recruitment goals
• staff occasional fundraising events.
