What you'll do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
• verify patient and insurance information
• schedule appointments and route calls
• coordinate visits, intakes, consents, screenings, and referrals
• maintain EHR records and documentation
• support insurance verification and administrative workflows
• escalate clinical questions and urgent concerns to licensed staff.
