The Retail Lead – Hurley Silver Sands role is onsite in Miramar Beach, FL, and is part-time. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The lead supports store management in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards. The role provides customer service, supports sales and product expertise, and helps coordinate merchandising, product flow, and store operations. When the Store Manager is absent, the lead assumes the manager’s responsibilities to help maintain consistent store performance.

What you'll do

• Use customer-service training principles and build customer connections
• work toward sales goals and maintain zone coverage
• develop product expertise
• complete daily restocking and maintain merchandising standards
• support store operations including shipping and receiving, opening and closing, and customization as needed
• assume Store Manager responsibilities during the manager’s absence
• partner on shipment planning and business opportunities
• execute product flow, markdowns, transitions, and refills.
