What you'll do

• Lead the touring company and supervise production management and stage management teams
• oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, and personnel matters
• coordinate travel, transportation, freight, accommodations, per diems, and itineraries
• oversee schedules, venue logistics, and emergency procedures
• enforce health and safety standards
• manage settlements, budgets, cash, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting
• liaise with venues, presenters, promoters, and vendors
• coordinate with finance, HR, marketing, PR, and legal teams
• support publicity or marketing events as needed.
