The associate identifies customer needs, presents customized service packages, and maintains high standards of store presentation to meet and exceed performance goals.

What you'll do

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers.
• Build value around products and service packages.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Execute proven sales closing techniques.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
