What you'll do

• Greet clients in person and by phone
• answer phones and help triage emergency calls and walk-in cases
• relay information to the medical team
• explain hospital policies, procedures, and financial options
• enter client and patient information into medical records
• process invoices and payments
• provide reassurance
• collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other representatives
• maintain the front desk and lobby
• support safety, infection control, and emergency protocols.
