Paul Davis Restoration helps homeowners and businesses recover after property damage; this position is part of its Marketing and Business Development team. The role develops and strengthens referral relationships across the insurance and restoration community to increase awareness and support business growth. By serving as a responsive resource for partners and coordinating with operations, the manager helps support customer and referral-partner experiences during restoration projects.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, carriers, property managers, commercial partners, and other referral sources. Conduct in-person visits and meetings
• serve as a restoration resource
• identify referral and business opportunities in the assigned territory
• communicate with partners before, during, and after projects
• represent the company at industry events, association meetings, trade shows, networking functions, and community events
• coordinate presentations and educational opportunities
• monitor referral activity and market trends
• track activities and opportunities in CRM software
• collaborate with operations
• and support local marketing, networking, and community outreach.

Why this role
