Grooming Receptionist

What you'll do

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, greet customers and dogs, promote memberships and products, follow up with potential members, manage customer profiles and records, handle daily cash, address customer concerns, retain memberships, and keep the reception area clean and presentable.
