Specialized Home Care Provider — ALS Case Support

What you'll do

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, and skin care
• assist with transfers, turning, and positioning
• plan and prepare meals and assist with oral nutrition protocols in the non-medical care plan
• maintain a clean and safe care area
• work alongside home health nursing staff and report changes promptly
• learn and assist with eye-gaze communication devices.
