What you'll do

• Handle an active docket involving general liability, auto, premises, and transportation defense
• take and defend depositions
• draft summary judgment, motions in limine, and discovery motions
• attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• work with carriers and adjusters on case strategy and exposure evaluations.
