Warehouse Shift Lead

By coordinating tasks, inventory, training, and performance communication, the role supports accurate and timely receipt, storage, servicing, and shipment of products.

What you'll do

• Assist with supervising warehouse workers
• assign tasks and targets and evaluate work
• follow legal and safety procedures
• manage receipt, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• support shift allocation and staff efficiency
• organize training
• ensure warehouse tools and equipment function properly
• communicate safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to senior leaders.
