The role exists to oversee daily card operations, process fraud claims, and provide guidance to team members. It contributes to the credit union's mission of improving financial wellness by maintaining security and efficiency in card services.

What you'll do

• Processes fraud/non fraud and ATM disputes for all debit and credit card products.
• Creates, reviews, and manages member fraud cases.
• Balances all Visa reconciliations and related general ledger accounts daily.
• Monitors member accounts and resolves card-related issues.
• Ensures all card product transactions are posted accurately.
• Mentors, cross-trains, and provides day-to-day guidance to team members.
• Acts as department lead in the manager's absence.
• Assists with departmental projects and workflow improvements.
• Maintains compliance with Visa Operating Regulations, NACHA, Regulation E, BSA, OFAC, and all applicable regulations.
• Develops and updates departmental procedures.
• Works collaboratively with internal departments, vendors, and members.
