What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and compliance with program guidelines and regulations
• prepare for monitoring and audits and implement corrective actions
• coordinate academics, enrichment, recreation, and social-emotional learning
• monitor instruction and youth engagement
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• build school and community partnerships
• coordinate family communications and activities
• manage data, reports, records, and budget
• implement safety procedures and respond to emergencies and behavioral crises.
