What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding
• provide medication assistance and basic health support under facility policies
• monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• check and document vital signs as directed
• perform light housekeeping and meal support
• coordinate medical appointments when directed
• provide companionship and encourage activities
• document services and observations
• and follow safety, infection-control, confidentiality and resident-rights policies.
