What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs at commercial sites
• respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders
• handle work across carpentry, electrical, minor HVAC, flooring, drywall, painting, framing, and doors
• complete multi-day projects
• conduct jobsite walks and inspections for safety.
