Youth Connections Advocate — Utah

The Youth Connections Advocate role is based in Midvale, UT, and requires up to 50% travel, mostly driving within the state, with flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends. Pay is $23–$27 per hour. Raise the Future works to help youth in foster care build lasting connections with caring adults. The advocate reviews each youth’s history and needs, identifies supportive connections, and works with youth and stakeholders toward permanent homes and legal permanency. The role applies the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids child-focused recruitment model and collaborates with community and child-welfare partners.

What you'll do

• Review youth histories and listen to their needs
• identify past and current connections
• advocate for youth and help build supportive networks
• work toward legal permanency
• implement the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids recruitment model
• collaborate with community leaders, CASA staff, case workers, attorneys, therapists, youth, and judges
• organize multiple projects and maintain working relationships.
