Development Manager – West Region

The Development Manager – West Region role is onsite in Denver, CO, with an annual salary range of $125,000–$135,000. The manager coordinates projects from acquisition through permitting, aligning stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, and approvals. The role helps move projects forward while managing development risks and maintaining quality, schedule, process, and financial standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate sellers, legal counsel, municipalities, consultants, internal teams, and construction partners
• manage schedules, deliverables, due diligence, and contract milestones
• support title review and financing and appraisal packages
• lead zoning, entitlement, utility, platting, variance, site-planning, and permitting work
• coordinate design and consultant teams
• serve as a point of contact with review agencies
• maintain project documentation and reporting.
