What you'll do

• Supervise coworkers and monitor performance
• delegate tasks and organize shift schedules
• train team members
• conduct operational walks and quality checks
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food is prepared according to instructions and safety and sanitation requirements
• maintain cleanliness
• handle guest complaints
• complete administrative paperwork and checklists
• support opening and closing activities
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned.
