Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in person in San Leandro, CA, with flexible work-from-home options available. Pay is $87–$95 per hour. The BCBA joins ABA SHINE’s clinical team, which provides behavior analytic services through partnerships with the Regional Center of the East Bay, CCHP, and other funding sources. The BCBA assesses needs, develops individualized behavior support plans, and guides evidence-based interventions to build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote independence. The role also supports families and develops the capabilities of behavior technicians and other clinical team members through coaching and supervision.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
• provide one-to-one parent coaching
• model individualized ABA interventions
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• develop behavior support plans
• train and supervise caregivers
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• maintain documentation. Depending on assigned caseload, services may include early intervention, home and community support, behavior respite supervision, and mentoring BTs, RBTs, and mid-level supervisors.
