What you'll do

• Maintain provider files and internal provider grid
• apply for and renew provider licenses
• complete government payer revalidation requests
• prepare credentialing applications for commercial payers, Medicare, Medicaid, and hospitals
• complete re-credentialing applications
• maintain provider profiles on CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS databases.

Why this role

Five years of credentialing experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required; five years of Microsoft Office experience and knowledge of AAAHC, NCQA, and TDI are preferred. Weekday daytime schedule with short Fridays.
