What you'll do

• Supervise frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants, and maintenance personnel
• provide customer-service training and assist with new-hire training
• make recommendations on hiring, performance reviews, discipline, and termination
• fill in for frontline staff and serve as acting Account Manager when needed
• handle complaints and vehicle damage claims
• monitor parking-area safety, cleanliness, and functionality
• support shuttle fleet maintenance and repairs
• process cash receipts and deposits
• assist with staffing schedules, time-card reconciliation, payroll, and administrative tasks
• prepare reports and projects as assigned.
