What you'll do

• Prepare, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes
• gain exposure to kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery or packout
• explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests
• support the team during peak and off-peak service
• follow Department of Health and DIG food-safety standards
• maintain professional conduct and uphold anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies.
