The Principal/MTS Vapor/Thermal Etch Development Engineer is an onsite role based in Boise, ID, with compensation not specified. This position supports the Micron Technology Advanced DRAM Technology Development team by developing advanced etch processes. The role exists to innovate and deliver state-of-the-art etch solutions for next-generation DRAM. The engineer will lead process roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program and yield goals for advanced memory products.

• Develop and integrate thermal, vapor, and atomic layer etch processes
• lead feasibility studies and root-cause analysis
• drive process roadmaps and yield improvements
• collaborate with equipment development and hardware vendors
• contribute to IP development.
