What you'll do

• Serve as the primary substance use disorder clinician for an assigned caseload
• complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• provide individual counseling using evidence-based approaches
• facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• deliver relapse prevention and coping interventions
• assess and respond to acute concerns within LADC scope
• recognize changes in client presentation or risk and escalate appropriately
• collaborate with clinical colleagues
• lead continuing-care and discharge planning
• complete timely clinical documentation in accordance with requirements.
