What you'll do

• Define customer use cases, personas, and compliance workflows
• build and communicate the Compliance Solutions roadmap
• own the content roadmap and allocate work to analysts, external experts, and the Research Fellow
• track BIS and export-control changes and translate them into content priorities
• write statements of work with scope, schedules, dependencies, and success criteria
• manage release and publication cadence and work with Platform Engineering to scope, test, and deploy features
• oversee Compliance Monitor alerts, summaries, reports, and opinion pieces
• plan customer engagement and support briefings, demos, positioning, and renewals.

Why this role
