Maintenance Technician — 3rd Shift

The Maintenance Technician — 3rd Shift role is onsite in Minster, OH. Compensation is $26–$35 per hour, with a $2-per-hour shift differential for second and third shifts. The role supports maintenance and equipment reliability in the foundry. The technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots equipment and electrical infrastructure, and completes repairs and improvement projects to help maximize equipment runtime and maintain foundry operations.

What you'll do

• Complete preventive maintenance on foundry equipment
• troubleshoot equipment problems
• maintain and repair electrical infrastructure using drawings and blueprints
• participate in continuous improvement
• respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work
• troubleshoot overhead cranes, sand mixers, conveyors, and other foundry equipment.
