Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Niles, IL, and pays $65–$75 per hour. The analyst joins RM Autism Therapy, an ABA therapy provider serving the Niles community and individuals with autism and their families. The BCBA assesses client needs, develops and monitors individualized ABA programs, and guides therapy staff. Data-informed adjustments, family collaboration, and caregiver coaching support measurable progress and help clients generalize skills across environments.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including functional behavior assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians and therapy staff.
• Analyze data and adjust programs to support measurable progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements.

Why this role
