The Heavy Truck Stamping Press Operator role is onsite in Sidney, OH. Base pay is $20.55 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for second- and third-shift work; the posting lists first, second, and third shift schedules. American Trim manufactures bumpers and grilles for semi-trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles. The operator sets up and runs large stamping presses and automated production equipment, completing die changes and quality checks. The role supports safe, efficient production of parts that meet established specifications and customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate stamping presses and automated or robotic equipment
• perform die setups and changeovers
• monitor press and work-cell operations
• inspect finished parts visually and dimensionally
• monitor dies, lubrication, part location, and scrap buildup
• report tooling, equipment, production, and quality issues
• follow operating, environmental, and safety procedures
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
