The Front-of-House Lead Supervisor role is onsite in Gainesville, FL, at the University of Florida location. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The full-time schedule may include morning and afternoon shifts and weekends when needed. Chartwells Higher Ed supports campus food service operations. The supervisor monitors food-service operations to help ensure quality products and service, organized work areas, staff task completion, inventory control, and compliance with company and client expectations.

What you'll do

• Monitor food-service production and service
• manage inventory to maintain valuation and minimize waste
• ensure staff are on task and quality standards are met
• keep the operation clean and organized
• monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate
• uphold policies and procedures
• perform other duties as assigned.
