What you'll do

• Know the restaurant’s beers and handcrafted cocktails

• process orders and payments hospitably and promptly
• craft beverages for the restaurant and provide full-service dining to bar-area guests
• direct guest traffic
• manage payment transactions and cash-drawer security
• record and analyze cash flow, including opening, running, and closing duties as applicable.
