What you'll do

• Provide individual supervision and consultation to direct reports.
• Oversee maintenance of employee files for compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external programs to assure continuity of care.
• Co-lead day-to-day operations to ensure timely dispatched response.
• Dispatch to outreaches as needed.
• Maintain staffing model and manage scheduling.
• Provide clinical consultation for psychiatric, substance use, and housing needs.
