What you'll do

• Administer basic leave types including FMLA, personal, and military leave
• track and review requests for compliance with regulations and internal policies
• gather documentation and update HR systems
• assist with ADA accommodation requests and interactive processes
• monitor changes in federal, state, and local leave regulations
• handle sensitive information confidentially.
