What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures
• respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor and document suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations
• assist with access control and security-related investigations.
