Corporate Project Coordinator II, Distribution Engineering

The position exists to plan, schedule, and manage customer-requested and mandated work, line maintenance tasks, capital projects, and daily design activities. It contributes by coordinating customer needs and design resources, monitoring schedules, and supporting timely service and storm restoration.

What you'll do

• Contact external customers within one working day and schedule appointments when needed
• collect design information
• explain customer requirements for requested service dates
• manage design resources across geographic areas
• monitor designer calendars and communicate assignments
• coordinate with Network Line groups
• address customer complaints and inquiries
• maintain working knowledge of AM/FM-DFM and Maximo
• review and update Maximo backlogs
• serve on the Storm Response Team and support damage assessment or logistics functions.
