What you'll do
- Communicate with the surgeon regarding specific needs.
- Assist with patient positioning, skin preparation, and draping.
- Anticipate surgeon needs to expedite procedures.
- Assist with retraction and exposure of the operative site.
- Facilitate hemostasis via suction, irrigation, and sponging.
- Assist with skin suturing and stapling.
