The Class A Bulk Cement Driver role is onsite in Midland, TX, and is described as home daily. Compensation is $27 per hour. GCC produces, distributes, and markets cement, ready-mixed concrete, aggregates, and related construction products. The driver transports bulk cement from the cement plant to ready-mix concrete plants and other designated customer locations. The role supports reliable deliveries by operating and inspecting the tractor-trailer and pneumatic tanker, handling loading and unloading, and following safety and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• transport and load or unload bulk cement using pneumatic tanker equipment
• verify load information and delivery requirements
• inspect hoses, valves, blowers, air systems, and tanker equipment
• communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
• comply with DOT and FMCSA requirements
• complete delivery documentation and electronic logs
• report maintenance and safety concerns
• maintain equipment cleanliness
• follow fall-protection and confined-space procedures
• assist with inventory management as required.

Why this role
