What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice and in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• complete charting and incident reports
• follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
• document and report changes in resident condition
• use the Quality Life Manual to identify and monitor resident programs
• document room changes, leaves of absence, admissions, and discharges
• make rounds with physicians when needed.
