What you'll do

  • Provide one-on-one support to children ages 5–13
  • build trusting relationships
  • assist participation in routines, peer interactions, and group activities
  • follow supervisor guidance on behavior management
  • implement recommended interventions and support tools
  • observe and report intervention effectiveness and safety concerns
  • communicate with parents as needed in coordination with the Site Manager
  • collaborate with school-age and clinical staff.
