The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Evening position is part-time and provides in-home and community-based services in Lincoln Park, NJ, including home, school, and community settings. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized treatment programs, uses assessment and progress data to guide care, and supervises behavior technicians. What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• conduct assessments and set treatment goals
• supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs and BTs
• monitor progress and adjust programs using data
• collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and providers
• provide caregiver training
• maintain clinical documentation and treatment fidelity
• participate in case reviews and professional development.
