What you'll do

• Maintain the Information and Referral Program and document work according to program specifications
• provide options counseling and help individuals access services
• conduct calls within required time frames
• complete referrals and facilitate enrollment
• coordinate assessment scheduling
• answer and route calls
• distribute faxes, voicemails, and mail
• provide community service information
• maintain records and reports
• protect confidential information.

Why this role
