What you'll do

• Support employee and manager questions about HR policies, benefits, leave, and safety
• coordinate engagement, recognition, training, and communications
• maintain personnel, payroll, benefits, I-9, recruiting, safety, leave, and compliance records
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, screening, and orientation
• coordinate safety programs and OSHA records
• support benefits enrollment and leave processes
• assist with payroll administration
• and participate in HR projects.
