Capital City Hospice is seeking an LPN Float to join their team, working Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with only two holiday on-call shifts per year, providing compassionate patient care.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act
• Complete comprehensive assessments and follow the individualized plan of care
• Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and symptom management
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Manage pain and symptoms effectively and evaluate patient response.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program

Experience

At least 1 year of medical/surgical experience (home health or hospice preferred)
