Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – Afternoon Shift

The Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist role is onsite in Hollywood, FL, with afternoon shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; morning and Saturday shifts are optional. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. D & M Behavioral Solutions supports children with autism and their families in building skills, confidence, and daily routines. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s direction, the technician delivers individualized, play-based ABA support and records client progress. The work contributes to children’s communication, social interaction, and daily living skills at home, school, and in the community.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through play-based and naturalistic ABA
• collect real-time data and complete session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours
• use behavior-plan strategies
• communicate with caregivers and the treatment team
• participate in monthly supervision and training
• maintain confidentiality and follow policies and the RBT Ethics Code.
