What you'll do

• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certifications
• ensure patients are cleared for diagnostic testing before appointments
• gather and validate patient, payer, and clinical information
• communicate with patients about authorization status, scheduling updates, and financial expectations
• coordinate with insurance carriers, financial counselors, schedulers, and clinical staff
• manage multiple cases and deadlines while following established procedures.
