What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans using data
• provide direct behavioral therapy in various settings
• maintain medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies
• analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans
• stay current with research and best practices.
